Huricane Katrina

I know I'm not the first and I'm sure I'm not the last, but for those of you who believe in God, please say a pray for the folks in New Orleans tonight. For those of you who don't belive in God, well I guess you can wish them the best of luck.

Landfall should be fairly soon, and hopefully the Superdome will stand up the the weather.

  1. I don't have all the facts about this, but did you know that at 12:00am..tonight August 31,2005, New Orleans was suppose to have a meeting to decide to let homosexuals be legal...in that state? Well, if you want my opinion, God said he wouldn't flood the earth again. He never said he wouldn't flood a state. I'm praying for the victims of Huricane Katrina, but if you believe in God..and even if you don't, you might want to think about this.

  2. Really, Somehow I find this very hard to believe and unless you show me some Links to your info I'm not going to believe it.

Also considering the City is supposed to be EVACUATED. I find it hard to beleive the city even has the time for such a meeting.

  3. We are in the end days, The Word of God say that these things will be a sign that Jesus Christ is getting ready to return for those who love Him. Please repent: For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son, that whosover were to believe in him, shall not perish but have everlasting life: John; 3:16.

Pray, "Jesus forgive me of my sins, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, come into my heart, and help me be the person you want me to be, amen."

Please pray for the victims of Hurricane Katrine, and send a contribution from your heart to help those victims, God bless you all.

  4. god had nothing to do with this, it was a natural weather occurance. you need to be a little open minded and look around to see what is really happening. this is not a punishment, and we need more than prayer, get out and help!

  8. God is in control he said he would judge His household first which is America the only nation that stands as a Christian nation. Yes we do need. But we must first and foremost ask God to have His will. And why is it that the people were first told that they the land owners and dwellers of New orleans were going to be given the chance to rebuild and now the big corperations are the ones it looks like that are going to get the business. the business needs to go to the needy not the greedy.

  9. The Good book says giving alms unto the poor is like lending unto God, seems that when catastophy strikes this nation people want to rebuild and continue on as if nothing else matters, well i met some homeless people in the desert living on others trash, i mentioned that the people who look down on them will be joining them in their hardship and you can bet that will take place. why? because we are a spoiled people and have no god but our bellies... and the end thereof is destruction... says the good book.... The investments of the people.. weather you beleive in god or not will shaken and money will be cast into the streets, why? because there will be no need for it such as in the case of katrina, why because we care not for any man... only OURSELVES. Money doesnt fix or redeem the problem like we may think. The soul is naked and desolate and money is not the solution, thats why the kid named jesus told his followers to sell all they have and give it unto the poor not the fattened churches and preists as we have been misled to believe, why does god destroy churches if it pleases him? as the saying goes a lie travels around the world while truth is still putting on her boots..........Thank you for allowing this blog.
